Backyard BBQ Competition

🐷This is a Backyard BBQ Competition
🐷Cash awards for each category:
- Pork, Ribs and Anything But:
1st $500|2nd $300|3rd $200|4th $100|5th $50
- Peoples Choice Award & Desserts:
1st $300|2nd $150|3rd $50
- Pig Master Grand Champion: $1250 (must compete in pork, ribs, & anything but)
- Pig Master Reserve Champion: $750
- Pig Master 3rd $500 | 4th $250 | 5th $100
- Cost – $150 – Small Space (10×20) or $250 – Large Space (Larger than 10×20). Includes tickets to Friday’s concert and may participate in all categories.
- Competitors may only use wood and/or charcoal for competition. No electric pellet smokers.
- Teams MUST provide their own meat. Boston Butt is provided for entry into the People’s Choice category.
- NO electricity or water will be provided to competitors

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2025
8:30 am – 3:00 pm Team Load In and Boston Butt Pick Up for People’s Choice and Meat Inspection.
3:00 pm – 5:00 pm Parking lot cleared for kickoff concert
4:00 pm – Mandatory team meeting
5:00 pm – Gates open to the public
6:00 am – Gates open to teams and vendors
9:00 am – Parking Lot cleared
10:00 am – Gates open to the public
10:30 am – Judges meeting
11:00 am– People’s Choice
12:00 pm – Pork Rib
1:00 pm – Pork
2:00 pm – Anything But
3:00 pm – Dessert
