Backyard BBQ Competition

Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis with full payment. The waiting list will also be first-come, first-served!

🐷The deadline to register is September 1st or until all spots are filled.

🐷This is a Backyard BBQ Competition

  • Cost – $150 – Small Space (10×20) or $250 – Large Space (Larger than 10×20). Includes tickets to Friday’s concert and may participate in all categories.
  • Competitors may use only wood and/or charcoal heat sources during the competition. No electric smokers are allowed.
  • Teams MUST provide their own meat. Boston Butt is provided for entry into the People’s Choice category.
  • NO electricity or water will be provided to competitors

8:30 am –   3:00 pm Team Load In and Boston Butt Pick Up for People’s Choice and Meat Inspection.

3:00 pm – 5:00 pm Parking lot cleared for kickoff concert

4:00 pm – Mandatory team meeting

5:00 pm – Gates open to the public

SATURDAY, OCT 26, 2024

6:00 am  – Gates open to teams and vendors

9:00 am  – Parking Lot cleared

10:00 am – Gates open to the public

10:30 am –  Judges meeting
